Corporate Trainings & Placements


  • BSNL: Shantiniketan Women's College, in collaboration with the Ministry of Minority Affairs and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, offers a corporate training program to enhance students’ employability. Students receive industry-relevant training along with a monthly stipend of ₹2000, helping them to build professional skills and prepare for future careers.
  • UMEED Placement Training & Women Empowerment Program: We are proud to share that our students have successfully completed the UMEED FirstLeap program, taking an important step towards empowered and independent future. UMEED, in collaboration with Omega Global Health Care has brought to our students a special session on Artificial Intelligence Tools. As part of UMEED Exposure Visit, our students visited a Popular Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company. It provided valuable exposure to the corporate environment and helped students understand industry practices in the pharmaceutical sector. It was an enriching experience that enhanced their career readiness and professional awareness.
  • NIRMAAN: Our institution has successfully completed a skill development training program organized by Nirmaan Organization, empowering students with essential professional knowledge and practical skills.
  • Personality Development Training: Our college organized Personality Development classes by Dr. Mallesh Annamaina, founder and director of the Alchemy Institute of Management (AIM). He is a prominent motivational speaker, organizational psychologist, and corporate trainer. This training helped students enhance their confidence, communication skills and overall personal growth. The sessions focused on building a positive attitude, leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills. Students actively participated in various activities and interactive discussions, making the sessions engaging and impactful. These classes have greatly contributed to their overall personality development.

 

The primary objective of the society was to impart education by establishing colleges especially for educating and empowering women.
